How do I return a product for a refund?

RETURN POLICY:  

You will receive a full refund when you send back any unopened product within 30 days of your order

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we have sent you the wrong product. We do not issue refunds or store credit past 30 days. 

  

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE? 

  • Unopened bottles for a full refund within 30 days 

WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE? 

  • Products that have been opened 
  • Orders that do not have a receipt and order number in the returned package

Make sure to include your receipt in the returned order so we can identify your order. 

Returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive the return. Once your return is processed you will receive an email confirmation and the refund will appear back on the card you used to place the order within 3-5 business days. Buyers are responsible for cost of return label.
